April Bowlby, born in Vallejo in California She was a student at Moorpark College, where she earned degrees in French as well as Marine Biology. She also pursued studies in Ballet. In her late teens she took up modeling, but soon switched to acting. In 2005, she made her on-camera professional debut in a role as a guest star in "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation".
